- Fast Dispatch- Our normal dispatch time is 1-5 days turnaround on all our Craft products because we believe in getting your order to you in the fastest time and we ship all our products 1st class. You shouldn't have to wait for your order any longer than necessary if we have the item in stock. Occasionally when we introduce new product ranges we do launch nights- these can mean that over 300 orders are placed within the first hour so please bare with us on dispatch times after a launch as these may increase to up to 7-10 working days, this happens at least once a month.
